All waste collected is taken to licensed recycling facilities where it is sorted and recycled wherever possible. We aim to reduce landfill waste and comply with all environmental regulations.

Unfortunately, mattresses cannot be disposed of in regular skips due to disposal regulations. If you need to dispose of a mattress, please contact us for advice on the best way to handle it.

While you can load the skip up to the top, please do not overfill it. Waste should not go above the rim of the skip for safety and transport reasons. Keep everything contained within the edges of the skip.

Plasterboard cannot be disposed of in regular skips due to specific disposal regulations. If you need to dispose of plasterboard, please get in touch so we can arrange a separate disposal service.

You do not need to be present for the skip delivery or collection as long as there is clear access to the location. If you have specific instructions, please include them when booking the skip.

For optimal filling, place heavier items at the bottom and lighter items on top. This ensures the load is balanced and allows you to make the most of the space available.

If you have special requirements such as specific delivery times, accessibility needs, or anything else, please let us know when placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your requests.
